Indian citizen  minor (17 years) his passport near to expire, his father was Indian citizen recently 2/3 years ago obtained Portugal citizen and mother is Indian passport.  when he tried to apply to renew his Indian passport, officials at VFS told him he have to apply for portugal passport.  Can any one advice the correct route to get his indian passport renewal
