Hi, 

I am an OCI cardholder and I do not have an Aadhar card, and I am building a new house in Andhra Pradesh, India. When I went for a new electricity connection, they requested an Aadhar card as ID proof. When they gave them my PAN card they did not accept it, they only accepted the Aadhar card as ID proof. As an OCI cardholder, I can buy property but am not able to get an electricity connection. I got all the permissions to build the house.

Is there a way I can get a new electricity connection without an Aadhar card?
